Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding journey for international clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to guide clients through regulatory, operational, and service touchpoints needed to onboard onto the platform. You will coordinate with Relationship Managers, perform welcome calls, conduct Webex sessions, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with CRS, FATCA and KYC regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles.
• Bilingual candidates preferred due to diverse client base.
• Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels and onboarding regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international Treasures clients, including account opening and product activation.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory standards (CRS, FATCA, KYC).
• Make welcome calls to new clients and guide them through onboarding steps.
• Conduct Webex video conferencing to guide customers through the digital onboarding journey.
• Provide assistance to clients using digital platforms and accessing banking services in Singapore.
• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Deliver high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.
