This role focuses on mastering acquiring logic, optimizing intelligent routing, and advancing AI-powered risk management and automation across international card schemes.

You will own end-to-end performance management for global payment channels, drive standard onboarding and switching, and build scalable monitoring with data dashboards to forecast

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 5 years in the payments industry.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English; Indonesian is a plus.
Familiar with card-payment regulations and local payment patterns across major global markets.
In-depth expertise in cross-border acquiring and understanding of card issuance, acquiring and clearing-settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

Deconstruct the underlying acquiring logic and optimize the intelligent routing model using ML.
Own full lifecycle performance management for global payment methods and channels.
Develop automation and monitoring to enable proactive issue detection and data-driven forecasting.
Identify efficiency-improvement opportunities and drive standardization and tooling for card-related operations.
