Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of operational experience in cross-border or domestic acquiring payments, strong data analysis, and Mandarin fluency for China-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of operational experience, preferably in cross-border or domestic acquiring payment operations.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with sense of responsibility.
• Mandarin fluency to liaise with China-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data and analyze fluctuations of card payments.
• Accountable for indicators of the overall market card payment performance.
• Understand cross-border card payment trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with risk, product, technology and other teams to output card payment operation solutions.
• Daily liaison with card schemes and payment institutions to investigate competing products.
• Identify optimization areas in the local card acquiring market and output regional payment solutions.
• Find payment-related optimization points and promote implementation.
