Job summary

STACKTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Compensation & Benefits / Singapore HR to support compensation and benefits frameworks across international operations while managing Singapore HR operations.

The role coordinates Global HR, Country HR, Finance and business stakeholders to ensure compliant practices and accurate payroll governance. Key responsibilities include supporting group-wide C&B policies, reviewing salary structures and coordinating annual salary reviews, bonuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination or HR-related financial analysis.
• Exposure to regional or multinational HR operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Global Compensation & Benefits: develop and implement Group-wide compensation and benefits policies, structures and practices.
• Singapore HR Operations: oversee day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore office and payroll governance.
• HR Governance, Projects & Process Improvement: standardise policies, participate in HRIS implementation and reporting projects.
