Job summary

Bacha Coffee is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer to facilitate trainings and initiatives across Singapore and internationally. You will empower employees to perform at standards required and act as a brand ambassador at events and openings.

You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Corporate Sales and Communications, delivering workshops, gathering feedback, and maintaining records of learning activities to ensure continuous improvement and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning and development programs.
• Ability to facilitate workshops to professional standards.
• Strong communication with employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from Senior Brand Experience Trainer regarding all learning and development or training issues.
• Demonstrate ability to facilitate all workshops and initiatives included in the learning and development curriculum to a professional standard.
• Proactively gather feedback from the Senior Brand Experience Trainer regarding ability to facilitate to the required standards.
• Ensure trainings offered to Corporate Partners are facilitated to the standard of those offered at the Coffee Institute.
• Multitask, prioritize and execute all learning and development duties in Singapore (Coffee Institute & Corporate Partners).
• Ensure competencies developed during training sessions are checked using the evaluation tool.
• Monitor training standards across operations and coach anyone not meeting standards.
• Seek assistance when lacking confidence or competence.
• Suggest new topics or ideas for training that support operations.
• Maintain high-level communication with all employees and share regular feedback with the Senior Brand Experience Trainer.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a system that records all learning and development activities.
• Record individual feedback for all learning and development initiatives.
• Assess learning needs and adapt facilitation approaches to learner needs.
• Deliver learning content, facilitate group discussions and respond to queries.
• Drive learner development and commitment to continuous learning with feedback and support.
• Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and identify improvement areas from learner feedback and delivery methods.
• Conduct on-the-job trainings in Singapore and globally.
