Qualifications

• 6 years related work experience with Master’s degree.
• 8 years related work experience with Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing global or multi-country benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern international employee benefits programs.
• Analyze costs, trends and risks using existing data.
• Partner with VP Compensation & Benefits for policy development.
• Lead global benefits planning cycle and renewals management.
