Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Global Benefits Solution Consultant in Singapore. The role focuses on designing innovative, scalable benefits solutions for large multinational clients, owning complex configurations, and ensuring successful implementations across systems and processes.

You will mentor colleagues, develop templates and playbooks, and deliver training to cross-functional teams. Travel internationally may be required to support global projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in benefits, HR technology, consulting, or similar.
• Strong grasp of financial and business metrics and core risk management concepts.
• Experience with project-based work and Agile software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design innovative, scalable benefits solutions and own the most technically challenging accounts.
• Partner with benefit managers at large multinational clients to design a robust framework for successful implementations.
• Mentor internal colleagues and shape processes and playbooks for high-quality delivery.
• Define standard templates and processes and create clear documentation for new or enhanced services.
