Job summary

Sugarbreak is seeking a C&B Senior Specialist to design, implement and optimize employee benefit programs across our international regions. You will serve as the regional SME, ensuring offerings remain competitive, compliant with local laws, and aligned with our global total rewards philosophy.

You will lead regional benefits administration, monitor regulatory changes, manage vendors, and help localize global benefit policies to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in C&B with 3+ years regional/global benefits in an MNC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.
• Tech or HR solution consulting background is a plus.
• English fluent; Mandarin preferred to liaise with HQ in China.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day regional benefits administration and lifecycle management.
• Monitor local regulations and market trends; benchmark for competitiveness and compliance.
• Manage relationships with regional brokers and benefit providers; ensure service delivery.
• Localize global benefit policies and streamline workflows to improve efficiency.
