Responsibilities

• Drive regional benefits strategy, align with market trends, employee experience, and legal requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders while balancing employee advocacy with business objectives.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing country-level benefits team across the region.
• Foster a culture of performance, learning, and career growth within the team.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Communications, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and leadership.
• Develop external partnerships to anticipate trends and achieve results.
• Use utilization metrics and vendor performance to drive regional improvements.
• Oversee multi-country health, savings, and leave programs delivery across countries.
