Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Experience with compensation and benefits programs preferred.
• Global/regional experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs for Asia Pacific.
• Partner with HR, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure Total Rewards remains competitive and compliant.
• Support market pricing, job evaluation, and benchmarking to attract and retain talent.
• Assist regional and global compensation initiatives and process improvements.
• Educate HR partners on compensation policies and practices.
