Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a C&B Consultant to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs for the Asia Pacific region. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and business leaders to ensure Total Rewards remains competitive and compliant while aligning with business goals.

The role requires advanced analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior Workday experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits design.
• Global perspective with ability to navigate Asia Pacific markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Total Rewards programs for APAC.
• Conduct market pricing, job evaluation, and benchmarking activities.
• Support annual compensation processes including merit and bonus reviews.
• Advise HR teams and leadership on compensation and benefits decisions.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance and business leaders on program design.
