Job summary

Talent First seeks an International Business Development Executive to support overseas market expansion and build strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Oceania and Europe. You will identify new opportunities, develop distributor networks and promote industrial power and equipment solutions to international customers.

The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining distributor relationships and driving growth across multiple regions, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or international BD.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting targets.
• Experience selling generators, power systems or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Exposure to overseas distributors or international channel partners preferred.
• Willingness to travel overseas.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and commercially driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors and industrial customers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and lead generation.
• Drive sales through prospecting, client engagement and negotiations.
• Prepare business proposals and partnership agreements with internal teams.
• Monitor sales pipelines and market developments.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade shows.
