is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive strategic market expansion, secure technology licensing deals, and shape collaboration models across global networks. You will identify and enter new markets locally and internationally, negotiate joint ventures, and build enduring partnerships with government bodies, industry associations, and academia while aligning the company's USPs with evolving market trends.

Qualifications

Min Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Min 5 years of experience in Business development.
Regional travelling is expected.

Responsibilities

Drives strategic market expansion, technology licensing, and collaboration models.
Assess industry trends, secure and negotiate large business deals, and build lasting relationships across global networks to achieve long-term growth and increase revenue.
Identify, enter, and develop new markets locally and internationally.
Work with senior management on key negotiation terms for joint ventures, collaborations, and technology licensing.
Develop and enhance networks with business consultants, government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions.
Analyze customer research and market trends to position the company's USPs and identify new distribution channels. Plan, prepare, and deliver pitches to stakeholders, prospective partners, and clients
