Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive International Business Development Executive to support overseas market expansion across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Oceania and Europe.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building distributor networks for industrial power solutions. You will engage with international customers, negotiate partnerships, and represent the company at trade shows when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or international business development.
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling generators, power systems, construction machinery or industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Exposure to overseas distributors or international channel partners is preferred.
• Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or hybrid power solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with overseas distributors, equipment rental companies, contractors and industrial customers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and lead generation activities to identify potential business partners.
• Drive sales development through prospecting, client engagement, commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and partnership agreements in collaboration with internal teams.
• Support distributor onboarding and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
• Monitor sales pipelines, market developments and business performance.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows and business meetings when required.
