Qualifications

Minimum Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Bachelor in engineering or related field.

Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Install and configure hardware and software applications.
Monitor Cartrack applications and systems for smooth operation.
Collaborate with global teams on IT projects.
Document procedures, manuals, and FAQs.
Provide IT support for related matters.
Train users on Cartrack applications and hardware.
Continuously update technical knowledge.
