Channel Factory in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to build and scale a Global Agency Partnerships Excellence function. You will drive multi-market strategies, manage HoldCo relationships, and align programmatic offerings with top agencies.

You will collaborate with global teams to create a blueprint for growth, optimize revenue delivery, and shape bold go-to-market initiatives across multiple markets while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with HoldCo structures (Dentsu / GroupM) across global markets.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Collaborative and proactive innovation mindset.
• 10+ years in adtech/media industry.

Responsabilités

• Commercial and trading, revenue tracking and optimization.
• Ensure revenue targets and trading agreements are delivered.
• Negotiate, optimize and deliver robust agreements.
• Support regional growth with internal and external stakeholders.
• Go-to-market positioning across agencies.
• Coordinate global QBR processes end-to-end.
• Tailor solution positioning for each agency.
• Drive multi-market engagement and collaboration.
• Provide strategic direction for HoldCo growth.
• Develop annual plan for HoldCo growth.
• Upsell and introduce new CF solutions.
• Work with agency partners to scope and deliver products.
