SINGAPORE PRECISION INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a result‑driven sales professional to drive corporate sales growth in Singapore. You will identify new business opportunities, prospect leads, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable products and solutions.

You will manage opportunities from initial inquiry through proposals, quotations and orders, while coordinating with product development, operations and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, sales or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Experience dealing with corporate, institutional or government customers is advantageous.
• Experience supporting tenders, quotations or commercial proposals is advantageous.
• Strong customer engagement, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional and government segments.
• Conduct prospecting and lead-generation activities to build a healthy pipeline of potential customers and sales opportunities.
• Engage prospective customers to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from enquiry to order confirmation, including proposals and negotiations.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and tender submissions.
• Develop new customer accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product categories.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
• Monitor targets and pipeline and take actions to close opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Procurement, Operations, Marketing, Finance and others to support delivery.
• Support tenders and corporate projects, including requirements, pricing and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor market trends and share insights with the sales team.
• Ensure proper sales documentation and handover information for service continuity.
• Follow up on customer payments in coordination with Finance as needed.
• Provide timely after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
