Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Engineer to drive growth in the precision engineering market. You will lead a team, develop strategic plans, and secure new and existing customers with technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in mechanical/precision engineering, at least 5 years of sales experience in the industry, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and a valid Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical/precision engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the precision engineering industry.
• Good presentation skills.
• Self-starter and result-oriented.
• Able to work independently in diverse organizations.
• Outgoing, charismatic with good social skills.
• Must possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business planning and strategy to optimize market opportunities and performance.
• Lead and oversee a team of Sales Engineers to achieve sales targets.
• Develop new customers and grow sales with existing customers.
• Analyze Profit/Loss and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure quality, cost-efficiency and on-time delivery for customers.
• Respond to enquiries and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare monthly sales input/output and drive data-based decisions.
• Build strong customer service and rapport with clients.
• Perform risk assessment for new enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as defined by customers.
• Oversee configuration management including engineering changes.
• Manage documents and drawings controls.
• Participate in risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.
