Job summary

ACCESSTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts across CNC precision engineering, contract manufacturing, and SCM services.

You will blend technical insight with commercial acumen to deliver integrated manufacturing solutions and meet sales targets. Travel locally and internationally is expected to cultivate partnerships and expand market reach.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, CNC precision engineering, contract manufacturing, or industrial supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, engineering drawings, GD&T, manufacturing processes, materials, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in quotation preparation, cost estimation, contract negotiation, and key account management.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for customer visits, supplier meetings, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in CNC precision engineering, contract manufacturing, mechanical assembly, MRO, and SCM services.
• Expand the customer base across Oil & Gas, Energy, Offshore & Marine, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Medical Device, Electronics, and more.
• Develop and execute annual sales and BD plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and long-term supply agreements with key customers.
• Attend meetings and industry events to promote capabilities.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers as the primary commercial contact.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Quality during quotations and projects.
• Support quotation preparation, cost estimation, and project execution.
• Promote SCM outsourcing, inventory management, and procurement services.
• Coordinate sourcing of raw materials, tools, fixtures, and components.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
