Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or polytechnic diploma required.
• 3–5 years in higher education environment preferred.
• Experience with social media marketing and Gen-Z audiences.
• Experience coordinating production shoots and working with agencies is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to engage with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel overseas for recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment events such as SIT Open House and outreach programmes.
• Plan local and international recruitment initiatives to meet enrolment objectives.
• Represent SIT at education fairs, school visits and other recruitment activities.
• Coordinate admissions processing, verification, shortlisting and applicant engagement.
• Work with SIT faculty and divisions to support recruitment and enrolment objectives.
• Assist marketing campaigns and develop collateral with internal/external partners.
• Oversee overseas travel for recruitment activities as required.
