Job summary

Singapore Management University seeks an experienced admissions professional to support counselling for assigned schools and regions, manage yield activities, and oversee the end-to-end application and scholarship process. You will also handle student pass workflows and provide data-driven insights to recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years in admissions or student services.
• Experience in end-to-end admissions management, including counselling and offers.
• Experience with scholarships/financial aid is a plus.
• Strong understanding of admissions policies and QA in higher education.
• Proficiency in CRM and student information systems.
• Familiarity with international education markets.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions counselling activities for assigned Schools, programme clusters, and priority regions.
• Plan and implement yield activities to maximise offer acceptance and enrolment.
• Oversee end-to-end application process and scholarship administration.
• Oversee student passes for assigned PGP programmes.
• Track service-level metrics and provide analytics to inform admissions and recruitment strategies.
• Align admissions processes with Deans, Academic Directors, and other stakeholders across regions.
