Job summary

Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore is seeking a business development professional to drive international student recruitment and partnerships. You will work with the VP of Student Recruitment & Admission to expand the brand and recruit through agents, exhibitions, and direct consultations.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to travel as needed. Diploma or bachelor degree holders with 2+ years in education consulting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in English and local language.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with agents and partners.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Work with VP Student Recruitment & Admission to recruit and admit international students.
• Recruit, train and establish good relations with new agents for student recruitment.
• Participate in exhibitions/road shows for agent/student recruitment.
• Liaise with enquiries and identify students' needs to explain the right programme.
• Follow up leads and arrange consultations via phone, social media, or in-person.
• Research and establish global partnerships with colleges/universities for NIM.
• Handle admission documents for submission to Singapore.
