Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across email, social media, and other channels.
• Manage enquiries, orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide service recovery while maintaining positive experience.
• Handle escalated cases and drive timely resolution per company guidelines.
• Monitor inboxes and ensure prompt responses to enquiries and cases.
• Coordinate order processing and fulfilment activities; resolve operational issues.
