Job summary

Keystone Clinic & Surgery II in Singapore is seeking Clinic Assistants who can work day and evening shifts at our Ghim Moh branch. The role involves patient registration, dispensing medications, processing payments, and helping with referrals.

Responsibilities

Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments.
Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals.
Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors.
Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination.
Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures.
Submission of subsidised claims.
Submission of private claims for various insurance schemes.
Stock take and ordering of medications and consumables.
Scanning of documents.
Regular maintenance (fridge, autoclave, stock).
