Job summary

Databricks is seeking a DNB Geo Hunter Account Executive to drive growth in ASEAN, focusing on Digital Native startups in Singapore and broader SEA. You will lead solution-based selling, engage technical and business buyers, and move deals from initial contact to close using MEDDPICC and a defined methodology.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Emerging Enterprise & DNB and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close new business and grow existing accounts in the ASEAN region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling to Digital Native startups in SEA/Singapore.
• Experience in consumption-based SaaS sales and cloud tech.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify buying centers and develop account strategy.
• Move deals through the sales cycle to close new business.
• Coordinate with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams for co-sell.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain Salesforce records.
• Articulate Databricks value to C-level buyers.
