Caliber8 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Marine Logistics leader for a shipping conglomerate in Singapore. You will oversee P&L responsibilities, scale a 3PL/4PL marine logistics model, and drive profitability while expanding SEA reach.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marine spare parts, consumables, or ship chandelling, with a proven track record in integrated logistics and strategic growth across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine spare parts/consumables/ship chandelling with P&L responsibilities.
• Proven track record in scaling a 3PL/4PL marine logistics business.
• Experience in integrated logistics is a plus.

Are you an experienced Marine Logistics professional with prior PNL handling responsibilities and a proven track record of scaling a similar 3PL/4PL business involving marine products?

This is an exciting new opportunity to be part of a shipping conglomerate and play a pivotal role in the growth and development of this entity.

With high YOY revenue increase, they are now looking for a strategic leader who can further streamline business activities basis profitability and expand the reach to SEA by replicating the model.

The ideal candidate is someone from the Marine spare parts/consumables/ship chandelling business with PNL responsibilities and strong understand of marine project logistics. Prior experience in integrated logistics will be a plus.
