Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and generate or boost overall earnings.
- To boost sales, visit both current and prospective clients and engage in telemarketingand established a rapport to keep customers. Plan regional marketing efforts to attractforeign associates or representatives.
- Supervise and participate in the execution of commercial strategies and associatedactions.
- Put an emphasis on business growth and actively look for new business prospectswhile spotting chances for expansion within already-existing companies.
- Take part in commercial activities, bids, and RFQs. Assemble, submit, and monitorquotes.
- Participate in networking events and establish professional relationships with the aim of achieving businessexpansion.
- Evaluate and carry out feasibility assessments for both startup and established companies.
- Manage client comments and complaints skillfully to guarantee client satisfactionand hold-out. Strike a balance between the requirement to follow local and governmental policies andthe requirement for efficient conflict resolution.
- Assure proper cash management, which includes efficient oversight and management ofdepartmental costs, collaborate well with the Credit Control group to guaranteeCredits are handled efficiently.
- Carry out market research to determine and analyze the state of the market and sector trendsto generate large earnings and cultivate new clientele.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant work experience, ideally in a position that is comparable.
- A solid understanding of Singapore's ports and marine laws.
- Business savvy and a strong desire to create new ventures.
- Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.
