Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–12 years in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding or related industry with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics operations (FCL/LCL, import/export, carrier management).
• Experience in commercial and financial management with profitability drivers.
• Proven track record in business development and customer relationship management.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in Sea Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain or a related industry, with substantial experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics operations, including FCL/LCL, import/export processes, carrier management and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial and financial management, with a strong understanding of revenue, gross profit, cost and profitability drivers.
• Proven track record in business development, customer relationship management and profitable growth.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience in building, motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business data into actionable decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
