Job summary

SPACOOL AIRCON PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic sales professional to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. You will promote ACMV/HVAC systems, study project specifications, and prepare commercial submissions to win bids.

Collaborating with consultants, main contractors, and project teams, you will negotiate terms, monitor progress, and drive profitability while coordinating site meetings and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell ACMV/HVAC systems, equipment, and related engineering solutions.
• Identify potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and project opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
• Study project specifications, drawings, and ACMV requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and project requirements.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, tenders, and quotations through to order confirmation.
• Monitor sales targets, revenue, margins, and project profitability.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and resolve commercial or technical issues when required.
• Monitor project progress, variations, claims, and additional works.
• Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Lead and support the sales team where applicable.
