M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a senior ACMV service and BD leader in Singapore to drive tendering, contract management, and client relationships. You will shape proposals, oversee service delivery, and lead a team to meet sales and service targets.

The role requires deep ACMV knowledge, strong negotiation and leadership abilities, and a track record in managing complex contracts with major clients and consultants.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance.
• 3–5 years in managerial/BD role.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, etc.).
• Proven experience in tendering, contract management, and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
