Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional to lead tenders, manage service contracts, and develop marketing strategies for ACMV projects in Singapore. You will build strong client relationships, oversee service delivery, and guide the service team to achieve sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in ACMV service/maintenance, 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role, and strong knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in ACMV service and maintenance.
• 3–5 years in a managerial/BD role.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF).
• Proven experience in tendering, contract management and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tender documentation.
