Job description
Position title: HR Executive
  • Location: Marine Perade
  • Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days
  • Working hours: 8:30am - 6:15pm
  • Salary: $3500-$4000
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as an advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment‑related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years of comprehensive HR functions experience.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
