TikTok is seeking a Policy Deployment Lead for GenAI Safety and Emerging Products within Trust & Safety in Singapore. You will shape safety-by-design solutions and build scalable governance across text, image, audio, video, and multimodal AI products.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and other stakeholders to design, deploy, and scale policy changes and evaluation systems while balancing safety and innovation in a fast-moving environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety or related policy roles.
• Experience with content moderation systems and enforcement workflows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous policy problems into scalable frameworks.
• Strong analytical, execution, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and sound judgment in evolving product areas.

Responsabilidades

• Shape safety-by-design solutions for AI-powered products.
• Build scalable safety and governance frameworks across modalities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Public Policy, and Policy teams.
• Drive policy frameworks, governance systems, and moderation workflows.
• Support GenAI evaluation and policy infrastructure capabilities.
• Develop SOPs, policy documentation, rollout frameworks, and tooling.
• Translate policy requirements into actionable training and guidelines.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement of policy systems.
