Job summary

TikTok seeks a Global Public Policy Internal Product Risk Review lead to work across product, policy and regional teams in Singapore and globally. You will identify political and regulatory risks tied to product launches, shaping policy guidance for election-related content and government accounts, while guiding AI and monetization features to operate responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• In-depth experience in Public Policy or Government Affairs.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills; ability to translate policy developments for global teams.
• Outstanding judgment, persuasion, mediation, advocacy, creativity; fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving and communication skills; distill complex policy issues into clear messages.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Global Public Policy with AI model development and enterprise product teams to integrate policy into model development and risk management.
• Conduct risk assessments of AI models and enterprise products; identify policy and regulatory risks; advise on mitigations.
• Support Seed and BytePlus models globally with safeguards, policies and partners.
• Translate political and regulatory developments into strategic guidance for AI and enterprise product teams.
• Inform and support public policy strategies and engagements by keeping the team updated on AI/product developments.
• Develop and maintain relations with internal stakeholders including legal, product, communications, policy, and safety.
