Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead content safety for GenAI products in Singapore. You will manage safety oncall, respond to user questions and feedback, and perform data-driven case analyses to identify root causes.

You will drive rapid operational shifts after findings and collaborate with product and policy teams to refine rules and strategy, while gathering user feedback to improve platform performance and readiness for scaling.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations.
Strong interest in and solid understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, VLMs, SFT, RLHF, DPO, RAG, multimodal AI, and embeddings.
Data-driven with strong data sensitivity; able to identify issues through data analysis and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

Responsible for content safety operations for GenAI products.
Manage the GenAI safety oncall process and respond to user feedback; provide short term solutions and route to Product for long-term fixes.
Perform leakage/overkill case analysis to determine root causes and policy issues from online monitors.
Execute rapid operational strategy adjustments after case analysis.
Drive product and policy teams to adjust strategy or rules as needed.
Collect user feedback, measure platform performance, and support planning and iterative improvements.
