• Experience in data analysis and risk mitigation to inform product decisions.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps and prioritization based on safety needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for the core risk control platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and refine business rules; monitor post-launch performance and iterate to improve product effectiveness.
• Proactively identify risk control gaps and drive scalable tool development and policy changes.
• Enhance AI/ML based detection models to improve precision and recall while minimizing false positives.
• Assess workflow inefficiencies and implement automation to strengthen enforcement.
• Stay ahead of industry risk control best practices and translate insights into practical improvements.
