Qualifications

Excellent data analysis skills to identify strategic issues from data.

Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering and Prompt Tuning: write and debug prompts; maintain a prompt version library.
Few-shot Sample Library Management: curate high-quality samples covering edge cases.
Badcase Attribution: analyze false negatives/positives and identify root causes.
Post-event prompt strategy: adjust prompts for rapid events and convert to long-term capabilities.
Knowledge Base and Evaluation Operations: maintain external knowledge bases for risk contexts.
Daily Monitoring: track metrics and produce daily/weekly operation reports; issue warnings when needed.
