Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore invites a Management Trainee (Manager Track) for a junior/entry role. You will rotate through Front of House F&B, Culinary/Back of House F&B, and Salon/Wellness tracks, gaining hands-on exposure and mentoring from senior leaders.

The program targets high-potential individuals aiming for future leadership positions. You’ll experience structured development, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training as you progress toward managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply!
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a one-year rotational program across FOH F&B, Culinary/BOH, and Salon/Wellness tracks.
• Undergo comprehensive training with mentorship from senior leaders.
• Assist in daily operations and contribute to strategic planning.
