INITIA GROUP in Singapore invites a Management Trainee (Manager Track) for a junior/entry role. You will rotate through Front of House F&B, Culinary/Back of House F&B, and Salon/Wellness tracks, gaining hands-on exposure and mentoring from senior leaders.

The program targets high-potential individuals aiming for future leadership positions. You’ll experience structured development, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing training as you progress toward managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or related field.

Job Title: Management Trainee 管理培训生 (Manager Track)

Job Level: Junior/Entry Level

Location: Singapore

Salary: $3,700/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Management Trainee Tracks:

• Management Trainee Front of House F&B Operations


• Management Trainee Culinary/Back of House F&B Operations


• Management Trainee Salon/Wellness Operations

Overall Job Objectives:

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands‑on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track.

Key duties and responsibilities:

1. Management Trainee under FOH F&B Operations Track

• Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.


• Present menu items and explain ingredients or cooking styles.


• Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline).


• Set up and close the restaurant, including daily checklists.


• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.


• Oversee an efficient and effective day‑to‑day operation of the outlet and ensure strong product knowledge.


• Participate in the company's strategic planning.


• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.


• Attend to customers’ needs and queries and ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.

2. Management Trainee under Culinary/BOH F&B Operations Track

• Participate in comprehensive kitchen training across multiple stations and concepts


• Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene checks, and quality control


• Assist in cooking and plating Korean dishes, especially Samgyetang and grilled specialties


• Learn inventory handling, ordering, and stock receiving procedures


• Coordinate with front‑of‑house team for smooth service execution


• Understand and maintain HACCP and food safety standards


• Track kitchen costs, monitor portioning, and reduce food waste


• Contribute ideas for menu planning and kitchen efficiency


• Take part in staff coordination and training of junior kitchen crew


• Support Head Chef in shift supervision, vendor management, and kitchen audits

3. Management Trainee under Salon Operations Track

• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the Salon and Wellness outlet.


• Oversee an efficient and effective day‑to‑day operation of the outlet and ensure strong product knowledge.


• Coordinate with the therapist and hair stylist team for smooth service execution.


• Handle Salon reception and bookings.


• Participate in the company's strategic planning.


• Staff management and scheduling.


• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.


• Attend to customers’ needs and queries and ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.

Role qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
