The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an ambitious F&B Operations Management Trainee to join our growing upscale group with 50+ restaurant outlets across Singapore. Through a structured rotational program, you will gain hands-on exposure in guest service, daily outlet operations, POS systems, team coordination, and operational leadership development.

Qualifications

General degree holders or experienced candidates.
Strong interest in operations and willingness to undergo structured training.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with confidence and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
Present menu items and explain ingredients and preparation methods.
Use POS systems and manage table reservations (e.g., Chope, Inline).
Set up and close the restaurant, including daily opening and closing checklists.
Learn and understand all outlet functions and operations.
Oversee smooth daily operations and maintain strong product knowledge.
Support outlet operations and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Assist manager with daily tasks, implementation of policies, and team guidance.
Attend to customer needs and ensure a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction.
