• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.
• Strong passion for cooking and kitchen operations.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key kitchen sections including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and production.
• Support daily food preparation and uphold standards in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Learn and apply inventory control, cost management, hygiene standards, and procurement processes.
• Assist in developing and executing menus, seasonal offerings, and special events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP, SFA).
• Collaborate with front-of-house and service teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Analyze operational performance and propose improvements in workflow, quality, and efficiency.
• Work under mentors and receive regular feedback to track growth and performance.
• Take on team-leading tasks and supervisory duties as part of leadership development.
