AI RYORI F&B is seeking a full-time kitchen staff cum teppan assistant for our Okonomiyaki shop located in Bukit Timah. You will support the kitchen with food prep, operate the teppan, and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience in kitchen/food prep preferred.
• Open concept kitchen requires good hygiene.
• Basic English communication is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist kitchen with chopping ingredients/meat and preparation for operations.
• Help with deep frying and plating/garnishing orders.
• Cook okonomiyaki and meats at the teppan table for customers.
• Ensure food cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Clean and reset station and teppan at end of the day.

Okonomiyaki Shop looking for full time kitchen staff cum teppan assistant for their restaurant at Bukit Timah.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assisting kitchen with chopping ingredients/meat
• Preparation for operations
• Helping with deep frying
• Plating & garnishing of orders
• Cooking okonomiyaki and meats for customers at the teppan table
• Ensuring food cleanliness/hygiene at all times
• Cleaning up of station and teppan at the end of the day

Job requirements:

• Preferably 1 year experience in the kitchen / food prep.
• Good sense of hygiene because of open concept kitchen.
• Be able to understand and communicate simple English.
