Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a role with a well established Japanese F&B company in Singapore. The full-time position offers a salary up to SGD 2,800 monthly plus incentive and a variable bonus. Part-time options are available at SGD 14 per hour. The job location is Central / East with a 5.5-day work week.

The role involves assisting in kitchen operations, food preparation, equipment setup, and maintaining high hygiene and cost-control standards. Prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level and above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
