Job summary

Well Established Japanese F&B Company in Singapore is hiring for a Full-time Kitchen Assistant. Salary up to $2900 SGD plus Incentive and Variable Bonus, with a Central/East location and a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities include assisting in kitchen and food preparation, weighing and measuring ingredients, maintaining hygiene, controlling costs, and ensuring consistent presentation. GCE N Level and above with 1–3 years of relevant experience required.

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences in similar role

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
