Job summary

ETERN MEDICAL PUNGGOL PTE. LTD. NE clinic is seeking a full-time staff member to triage patients, handle health declarations, register patients, dispense medications, and assist doctors with minor procedures. You will also manage appointments, complete billing, and process insurance submissions to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires basic IT skills, good English, and willingness to work up to 44 hours across a 5.5 day week, including 3 nights and 1 weekend shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: GCE O’ level / NITEC / Higher NITEC or diploma.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Basic IT proficiency and good command of English required.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients, health declaration, register patients.
• Dispense medications and collect payments.
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients.
• Arrange bookings for follow-up treatment and vaccination; assist doctors with minor procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and billing including insurance submissions.
• Handle e-submission of insurance claims and stock taking.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and assist in facilities upkeep.

Job Description & Requirements

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication and collecting payments
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
• Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccinationAssist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
• Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
• Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payments transaction
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
• Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O’ level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to full-time hours up to 44hr per workweek 5.5 day week.
• Must be able to commit to 3 nights and 1-weekend shifts.
• A good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
