Job summary

WELL FAMILY CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant / Clinic Receptionist to join our clinic team. You will handle front-desk tasks, register patients, answer calls, manage enquiries and process payments.

You will support doctors during simple procedures, arrange appointments for follow-up and vaccinations, and handle insurance claims where applicable. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and a friendly, collaborative team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent.
• Full-time: up to 44 hours per week.
• Part-time: Flexible working schedule.
• Willing to work occasional additional shifts and cover colleagues’ shifts when available.
• Willingness to learn. No experience required — training provided.
• Basic computer skill and good customer service skills.
• Collaborative and good team player.
• Preference for Locals (Singaporean & PR)
