Job summary

TrueNorth Search Firm partners with a leading global technology services company to hire a proven sales professional in Singapore. Drive new business growth across banks and financial institutions, guiding opportunities from initial conversation to signed contract.

You will work with solution architects, delivery leaders and partners to craft end-to-end proposals spanning cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity and core modernization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience with focus on banking/financial services.
• Track record of closing significant deals for IT services, consulting or technology solutions.
• Established network of senior decision-makers within banks.
• Solid understanding of the FSI landscape, including regulatory, risk and compliance drivers and digital transformation priorities.
• Confidence in consultative, solution-led selling and long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience at a technology services firm, consultancy or major technology vendor is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a strong pipeline of new and expansion opportunities across retail, commercial and investment banking clients.
• Engage C-suite and senior technology stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO) and position the business as a strategic partner.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs, commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
• Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape compelling, outcome-led propositions.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler and software partners to co-sell and grow joint opportunities.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue and bookings targets.
• Bring market insight back into the business, from regulatory shifts to emerging client priorities.
