PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Officer for a frontline role with Singapore's transport statutory board. You will greet customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure smooth operations on busy shifts.

Working hours include rotating 4 days on 2 off or fixed day shift from 10am to 10pm, with company transport provided and attractive allowances and incentives. This position requires a cheerful attitude and precise cash handling.

Formación

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of Cashiering and Customer Service experience.
• A good team player, cheerful personality and positive attitude.
• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work.

Working Hours / Location:

• Rotating Shift: 4 Days Work, 2 Days Off

• Fixed Day Shift: 10am to 10pm (with 2 hours break)

• Company Transport Provided!

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to customers’ enquiries

• Manage facilities and run system operations

• Handle urgent issues to keep things running smoothly

• Count and check all payments at the end of the shift using the POS machine report
