Job summary

NIVABIZ PTE. LTD. invites applications for an IT Helpdesk Engineer supporting our Singapore sites. This role provides frontline IT support for end-user computing, account access, hardware and software, ensuring adherence to IT policies and security controls.

You will handle Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, AD administration and basic network troubleshooting, with a focus on timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT helpdesk or end-user support in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with WindowsXP/7–11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of AD account administration, basic network Troubleshooting and service desk tickets.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for incidents and service requests across Singapore sites.
• Resolve end-user computing, account access, hardware, software and peripheral issues promptly.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until closure with users informed.
• Support asset & endpoint administration including setup, movement and inventory.
• Assist with security practices, MFA, password resets and endpoint protection compliance.
• Maintain documentation, guides and logs to improve service quality.
