Job summary

NivaBiz Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Network Engineer to support network infrastructure across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will help maintain stable, secure and reliable connectivity for business and manufacturing operations, collaborating with site teams, corporate IT and external service providers. The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on enterprise network experience, a Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS/Network Engineering.
• 2–4 years hands-on enterprise network operations experience.
• CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs and related network services.
• Support network incidents affecting users or production operations, and elevate service risks promptly.
• Carry out approved network changes, upgrades, device configurations, testing and site projects in line with change procedures.
• Support network security controls, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, audit evidence collection and compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, telecommunications providers, contractors and managed service providers on troubleshooting, maintenance, quotations, service requests and project delivery.
• Maintain network inventory, diagrams, configuration records and operating procedures.
• Communicate technical issues and service updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Follow workplace safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
